The new Poundland, in Imperial Retail Park
A second Poundland has opened in Gravesend - just a short stroll away from the original store in Thamesgate shopping centre.
The discount price giant acquired the new shop, which opened in Imperial Retail Park last Saturday (January 30), following its buy-out of 99p stores last year.
A spokesman said: "Serving over 7m customers every week, Poundland offers an irresistible shopping experience where shoppers are guaranteed to find thousands of quality products in each store."
The shop is a 12 minute walk, or four minute drive, from the first shop.
