A Northfleet lorry driver has been charged with two counts of dangerous driving, following a 13 vehicle pile-up in June last year.
Mariusz Sudol, 34, was also charged with failing to stop - after the collision in London Road, Southborough.
The crash happened at around 3.30pm on June 10.
No one was seriously injured in the smash, but the St Mark's Avenue resident was arrested by Kent Police.
Sudol has been bailed to appear at Sevenoaks Magistrates' Court on March 7.
He was driving for delivery company Whistl, at the time of the smash.
