He said he’d be back and now he is. Arnie returns to the sci-fi blockbuster franchise in a movie that’s curiously not a reboot or a sequel. Instead we get an alternative timeline in which Sarah Connor has been raised by Schwarzenegger’s T1000. Might be great, might not. The jury’s out.
ARTS – Greenwich and Docklands International Festival, around Greenwich and East London until Sunday
London’s largest outdoor arts festival continues at a pace with a full programme of events such as the family-friendly The Secret Princess of Severndroog, where youngster help to fee a princess trapped in the castle in Oxleas Wood. Go to festival.org

SPORT – Lashings All Stars v Leigh Academies Trust cricket at Bexley Cricket Club on Friday
Get a fix of high quality cricket after England’s heroics against New Zealand and before they take on the Aussies in the Ashes. The Lashings All-stars, whose roster includes Australian fast bowling legend Jeff Thomson and Windies star Tino Best. Even Test Match Special commentator Henry Blofeld will be there.
