Fire crews tackle grass blaze in Swanscombe
Fire crews have tackled a blaze in grassland off Craylands Lane in Swanscombe.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service (KFRS) were called to reports of a lot of smoke in Craylands Lane just before 2pm today (May 12).
They used a hose reel and fire beaters to put out the blaze in grass and undergrowth and left the scene just before 2.30pm.
