Southeastern commuter services are running half the number of coaches this morning (February 27).

The 7.40am Crayford to London Charing Cross, which calls at Bexley, Sidcup and Eltham will be shorter, with five instead of 10 coaches.

The 7.47am Gravesend to London Cannon Street, calling at Dartford, Abbey Wood and Charlton, will only run four coaches, half the amount.

The 8.31am London Charing Cross service to Dartford, which calls at Lewisham, Kidbrooke, and Bexleyheath, will run five instead of 10 carriages.

The 8.54am London Cannon Street to Slade Green, which calls at New Cross, Blackheath and Eltham, and the 9.45am service running in the opposite direction will run half as many coaches on both services.

The 9.31am Dartford to London Cannon Street service, calling at Erith, Plumstead and Greenwich, will run half the number of coaches with five carriages this morning.

These are all due to a train fault.

Shorter trains are expected to run until this evening.

There were earlier delays on the Hayes to London Cannon Street, which ran nearly 15 minutes late on some services, and missed stations on others.

This is partially was due to waiting for a crew member.
