A HEALTH trust's first ever guide to staying fit and healthy is being posted through residents' doors.
West Kent Primary Care Trust has published a booklet which contains details on issues such as self-care, dentistry and where to go for the correct treatment.
It also lists contact numbers to help people who are trying to give up smoking, overcome eating disorders or who need emergency contraception.

Trust director of civic engagement Julia Ross said: "The guide is small enough to be kept close to hand and big enough to contain everything you need to know about healthcare services and support.
"I am sure it is going to prove very useful to everyone in west Kent."
The trust, which has already started distributing the booklet, provides healthcare for 655,000 residents across Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley.
