Man accused of indecent exposure committed to crown court

A 23-YEAR-OLD man who denies committing a sex act in front of a child is set to appear at crown court.

Gavin McDonald, of Doria Drive, Gravesend, denies four charges of indecent exposure and two of being involved in sexual activity in the presence of a child.

He appeared before Dartford magistrates on May 7.

The case was committed to Maidstone Crown Court and McDonald is due to appear there for a preliminary hearing on June 6.

McDonald is alleged to have committed the offences in Gravesend between October 1 and November 23 last year.

He has been granted conditional bail.
