Woman in serious condition after road traffic collision in Northfleet

KENT Police is appealing for information after a woman was badly injured in a road traffic collision this morning (July 5).

A heavy goods vehicle and a Ford Mondeo were involved in the incident at 10.40am in Dover Road, at the junction with Thamesway, Northfleet.

The woman driver of the Mondeo, believed to be in her 50s, was taken to Darent Valley Hospital with serious injuries where she remains in a serious condition.

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or the vehicles prior to the collision should call the Serious Collision witness appeal line on 01622 798 538.

No one has been arrested at this time.
