TWO 15-year-old boys have been charged following an armed robbery at a jewellers in Longfield on Tuesday (July 3).
The incident happened at 5.15pm at family run Bourne & Kemp jewellers in Station Road.
The police helicopter, firearms officers and police dogs were deployed and arrested the teenagers nearby.
Both boys, from London, have been charged with robbery and possession of a firearm.
They appeared at Medway Magistrates' Court today (July 5) and were remanded in custody.
Both boys are due to appear at Dartford Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (July 10).
