Plans to build a huge caravan park for retired people in Stone have been proposed to Dartford Council.
The site, which would sit at the former landfill site off London Road, will be about 13.3 hectares in total, and would provide up to 250 homes along with a medical centre and parking spaces.
Plans submitted also include "retail and employment" spaces and a woodland cafe to serve residents.
According to an outline of the plans, the homes proposed for the site will be "residential caravans".
