Have you ever looked at a Kit Kat and thought, it’s good but I wish it was pink? Then you are in luck.

Nestle UK is introducing a Ruby chocolate version of its iconic four finger Kit Kat for all those chocolate lovers.

The UK will be the first in Europe to try the treat made with Ruby chocolate, a fourth chocolate after dark, white and milk created by Barry Callebaut.

The chocolate is derived from Ruby chocolate beans, which has an intense berry taste without the use of any other flavour or colouring.

Kit Kat made with Ruby chocolate was first introduced earlier this year in Japan and South Korea, complementing more than 350 Kit Kat ‘Made in Japan’ products in a huge variety of flavours.

Marketing Director for Nestlé’s UK confectionery business, Alex Gonnella said: “Ruby chocolate is a big innovation in confectionery and we are very proud that Kit Kat is the first major brand in the UK to feature this exciting new chocolate.”

This unique four finger Kit Kat made with Ruby chocolate will be available exclusively in Tesco from 16th April.
