The sister of the victim of a fatal crash on the Dartford Crossing has left a tribute as she launched a fundraiser in her honour.

Abi Harvey, 21, died when a lorry crashed into her silver Audi A1 on the A282 at 4.40am on November 3.

Miss Harvey, a former Seevic College student, was rushed to hospital by air ambulance and died three days later on Monday, November 6.

Her sister, Chloe, has launched a fundraising campaign in her sister's memory to raise money for the Kings College Hospital Critical Care Unit.

Chloe said on the You Caring page: "On Friday, November 3, my beautiful sister Abi Aimee-grace Harvey was involved in a car accident. This accident proved to be fatal.

"Abi unfortunately died on Sunday November 5.We can't thank the air ambulance. The doctors and nurses at kings college hospital and everyone that knew and sent their best wishes enough. This has been the toughest time in my life that I've ever had.

"If any one wishes to donate to the Kings College Hospital Critical Care Unit please do,

"I'll love you always Abi."

Tributes for Abi have been left as people donate towards the £5,000 goal.

One message said: "You were a beautiful soul taken from us and will be thought of everyday. Sleep well princess lots of love."

Another said: "Words can’t express how sad we all are. Abi was a beautiful girl who was taken from her family and friends far to early. Thinking of you all and sending our love."

More than £1,000 has been raised in Abi's memory.
