A Hextable man has been ordered to pay hundreds of pounds for illegally dumping waste from Indian Restaurants in a car park in Swanley.
Suna Meah, 50, of Main Road, admitted fly-tipping charges at Sevenoaks Magistrates' Court on November 10 for offences committed in May and July.
Sevenoaks Council investigated Meah and found evidence of him dumping beer bottles, empty food bags, egg trays and other trade waste belonging to Indian restaurants in Bevan Place car park.
Meah pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay £780, including £505 covering the cost of the council's clean ups.
Sevenoaks Council portfolio holder for direct services, Cllr Matthew Dickins, said: "This is yet another example of our ongoing commitment to combatting fly-tipping in our district.
“Like other fly-tippers before him, Meah showed no respect for the law, fellow residents or the natural environment we all hold so dear.
“Like others before him, he was caught and brought to justice."
