A man has been charged with attempted murder following an incident that left four schools on lockdown in Dartford.
Drasak Osomo, 23, has been charged following an incident in Heath Lane on Monday, September 25.
Osomo, of Willow Road, was arrested on Monday and has been charged with attempted murder, attempting to cause GBH and threatening a person with a blade.
Oakfield Primary School, Dartford Science and Technology School, Wilmington Academy and Westgate Primary were all placed on police lockdown on Monday following reports of a man with a knife.
Police were called to Heath Lane and another man was taken to a south London hospital.
Osomo was remanded to appear at Medway Magistrates' Court today (Wednesday, September 27).
Witnesses should call Kent Police appeal line on 01474 366149 quoting reference number 25-0720.
Police also want to speak to anyone who may have footage of the incident.
