A drink-driver has been banned from driving for three years, after registering nearly twice the legal alcohol limit.
Lubomir Herak, 32, of Bean Road, Greenhithe, drove a Hona Accord on the A2, Northfleet, on July 22 and gave a breath test of 64 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The legal limit is 35 micrograms.
He pleaded guilty to drink driving and was sentenced on August 8 at Medway Magistrates’ Court.
In addition to the fine, he was also ordered to pay a £200 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
