Jewellery stolen during a burglary in Eynsford has been found at a nearby train station and police are appealing for witnesses.
Kent Police are investigating a report of a burglary at a home in Station Road that happened on Tuesday, August 8.
The incident is reported to have happened between 9.45am and 12.15pm.
A spokesman for Kent Police said some of the items have since been recovered.
The spokesman said: "The items, which included a watch, rings, necklaces and other items, were found under a seat on the Sevenoaks-bound platform."
Police are asking anyone with information, particularly commuters who may have seen the jewellery being left at the station, to contact them.
