A 77-year-old man has admitted drink-driving in Dartford.
Peter McLean drove a Vauxhall Corsa in Littlebrook Manor Way while over the limit.
McLean, of Bean Road, gave a breath test of 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
Mid Kent magistrates banned McLean from driving for 36 months.
At his sentencing on July 26 he was also told he had to pay a £120 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
