A man has been given a suspended prison sentence for stealing more than £100-worth of chocolate bars from a shop in Dartford.
Adam Lee Roberts, of Cornwall Road, pleaded guilty to two counts of shoplifting at Medway Magistrates' Court on July 25.
The 30-year-old stole chocolate worth £50 from a shop in Henderson Drive.
Two days later, on July 7, he returned and stole £60 worth of chocolate from the same shop.
Roberts was sentenced to 120 days in prison, suspended for 12 months.
He must also pay £50 compensation, £85 costs and £115 victim surcharge.
