Police in Kent investigating four reported burglaries in New Ash Green have released CCTV of a man they are keen to talk to.

Police were called to a report of a burglary in Knights Croft where two bags were stolen between 10pm on Monday, July 17 and 5am on Tuesday, July 18.

Two further reports were received that a tablet and a bag were stolen from a house in Over Minnis between 11pm on Monday, July 17 and Tuesday, July 18 and on Wednesday July 19 a man approached a house in Lambardes and attempted to use a screwdriver to open the front door.

Another report was received by police that a door lock was damaged in Knights Croft on July 23 between 12.30pm and 2.15pm.

DC Mark Howell said: “I am keen to speak to this man and hope somebody will recognise him from the image.

“We would also like to speak to anyone who may have been in New Ash Green on the dates and times in question as they may have seen this man and have information that could help.”
