A drink driver who drove down a busy dual-carriageway in Dartford has been banned from driving for 40 months.
Brian Biggs, of The Halt in Whistable, drove down the A2 near Dartford while over the legal limit for alcohol.
The 59-year-old gave a blood test of 88 milligrammes in 100 millitres of blood and the legal limit is 80 milligrammes.
Biggs, who was driving a Ford Focus, pleaded guilty to drink driving at Medway Magistrates' Court.
He was sentenced on July 5 to pay a £200 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge as well as being banned from driving for 40 months.
