A mum has issued a heartfelt plea to find her missing 13-year-old son so he can be there for his brother’s birthday.

Adrian Nyanja went missing from his home in Dartford since April 25 and Namvi Bwanika, Adrian’s mum, told News Shopper she’s very worried about his safety.

She said: “A message to Adrian my son, we want him to come home. We are not angry with him, just want him home.

“It would be really great to come home for your brother’s birthday and we want to have a family meal together.

“His brother was 17 on Wednesday (May 24) are we are going to have a meal for him on Sunday.”

Police have carried out exhaustive enquiries into Adrian’s whereabouts but the last time anyone caught sight of him was on April 26 in Woolwich.

There is a possibility that he is still in London and is staying with friends. He is known to frequent Woolwich, Thamesmead, Plumstead and Abbeywood areas.

Ms Bwanika said: “We are worried for his safety because we don’t know where he is and who he is staying with.

“He is only 13 years old and he has been missing from home for a month now and for us not to know where he is and who he is staying with is heartbreaking.

“He is just a 13 year old boy and he needs to be home, it’s where he belongs.”

Adrian is described as a black boy, of a slim build and was last seen wearing a black hooded top, black jogging trousers and black trainers. He suffers from asthma and requires medication during physical activity.
