Trains are disrupted between central and south-east London due to a signalling problem.
A "major" signalling problem was preventing any Southeastern services running in or out of London Victoria for an hour and a half.
Lines are now open but trains could be cancelled, delayed or altered until 2pm this afternoon.
Southeastern tickets are being accepted on London Underground services, local buses, High Speed services and on Southern rail.
