A Northfleet restaurant worker was allegedly assaulted.
The incident is said to have occurred in Coldharbour Road on September 11 between 7.15pm and 7.30pm.
Officers are investigating after receiving a report that a man and woman visited a restaurant and then fled without paying.
The man allegedly told staff he was going to go outside to where his partner was, but both were seen in a vehicle.
The couple police would like to talk to
Two members of staff attempted to talk to the man before the vehicle he was driving collided with one of the workers who suffered minor injuries.
The couple then drove away in what was believed to be a blue Ford transit van which had the number plate removed.
And Kent Police have released CCTV images of two people they would like to talk to in connection with the reported assault.
