A Northfleet lorry driver accused of dangerous driving following a 13-car pile-up in Southborough has walked free from court .
Mariusz Sudol, 35, of St Mark’s Avenue, had been charged with two counts of dangerous driving and one count of failing to stop his vehicle.

But the charges were formally dropped at Maidstone Crown Court today.
The crash happened in London Road last June when Sudol was driving for a parcel delivery company.
No one was seriously injured in the collision, but the lorry driver was arrested by Kent Police and later charged.
