Two men arrested in the north of Cyprus have reportedly admitted to killing Dartford man George Low in Ayia Napa.
Mehmet Akpinar, 22, and Sali Ahmet, 43, were captured in Kyrenia by Turkish Cypriot police last Friday and brought before a north Nicosia court - after the fatal stabbing of the 22-year-old estate agent.
Mr Low and his friend Ben Barker were walking along Grigori Afxentiou Street at about 3.20am on August 14 when the attack took place.

The Cyprus Mail reports that Akpinar and Ahmet appeared in court yesterday and were remanded for their illegal violation of a military area, not the murder.

Phileleftheros, another Cyprus newspaper, said the two men admitted to the attack but they claimed they only wanted to “injure and intimidate,” not kill Mr Low.
Akpinar and Ahmet will be held in the north for three months and will appear at a new hearing.
