A fire ripped through a garden in Dartford damaging the house and the fence.

Firefighters were called to Willow Road at 7.35pm last night, by which time the flames had reached the building.

Crews worked double-time to strip the outside cladding of the building using breathing kit and hose reel jets to put out the blaze.

After the roof space of the building had been checked, firefighters stepped down shortly before 8.10pm.

What started the fire still isn't known at this stage but there were no reported injuries.
