A man and a woman from Orpington were arrested after a man was seen chasing a naked woman through Swanley.
The pair were spotted in Goldsel Road at 8.45pm on Saturday (July 16).
The 32-year-old man was slapped a £90 fine for breaching public order and the 18-year-old woman was cautioned for being drunk and disorderly.
