A woman in her 20s was groped and robbed of her smartphone in Dartford.
The victim was walking home from the town centre when she was approached by a man at 2.30am who repeatedly touched her on July 2.
It is reported that the man, aged 35-40, inappropriately brushed his hand over the top of her clothing twice.
He left the area but reappeared when the woman entered Darenth Road, where it is believed he felt her for a third time.
When she protested, the man is alleged to have stolen her smartphone while pulling one of her earrings out.
An e-fit has been issued to identify the suspect involved, described as being aged 35-40 and about 5ft 5in.
It has been reported that the man spoke with a foreign accent and was wearing dark clothing.
