An 18-year-old man has been charged after a police officer was left with leg injuries when he became trapped between his car and a van in Swanley.
Kent Police were called to Lullingstone Avenue just after 3.30pm last Thursday.
The officer suffered severe bruising to his legs.
Kane Lee, of The Beeches in Tunbridge Wells, has been charged with assault.
He has also been charged with possession of cannabis, obstructing/ resisting a constable in the execution of duty, driving a motor vehicle without a licence and driving a motor vehicle without third party insurance.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear at Maidstone Crown Court on July 22.
A 38-year-old woman from Tunbridge Wells and a 27-year-old man from Sheerness have been bailed, pending further enquiries, until August 19.
