A man in his 40s was taken to hospital after being injured in a car crash at Swanley interchange.
South East Coast Ambulance Service were called at around 7.30am to a crash between a car and a van.
They sent an ambulance crew and a single responder in a car to the scene.
Paramedics checked over two patients and treated one man for neck pain before taking him to Darent Valley Hospital.
There were traffic delays and as many as four vehicles were thought to be involved.
