A expectant dad killed in a crash in Darenth the night before Father's Day has been named locally as Danny Downes Adair.
The 32-year-old, believed to be from Meopham, was pronounced dead at the scene of the smash in Darenth Hill, close a roundabout with Green Street Green Road, just after 7.30pm last night (June 19).

An online fundraising site has been set-up in a bid to make £3,000 to help the family of the “brilliant bloke” whose was reportedly expecting a baby boy with his fiancé.

A post on the go fund me page says: “Unfortunately a friend lost her son in a tragic accident who was soon to become a dad to a baby boy so would be very grateful if we could help the family in any way possible.
“RIP Danny Downes Adair, you were loved by many and will never be forgotten.”
The page has so-far raised £430.

Friends have expressed their condolences and paid tribute to the “funny man”.
Matt Smith, 20, from Darenth, told News Shopper: "I've know Danny's family for many years and went to school with both his sisters and he was a truly lovely, bubbly man and caring to all who knew him."
Haley Collett said: “So sorry for your loss. He was a brilliant bloke. Thinking of you all.”
Ann Barden added: “I'm so sorry for the loss of Danny he was such a great funny man. Always made us smile.”
Matt Adair said: “Thinking of my cousin Danny and all his friends and family. Much love.”
Floral tributes have been left at the scene of the accident.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service, South East Coast Ambulance crews and Kent Air Ambulance were also called.
Police would like to speak anyone who witnessed the collision, or who saw the vehicle in the moments leading up to the collision.
