A man from Dartford has been charged for throwing rocks at moving cars in the Tunbridge Wells district, it is alleged.
Glynn Williams, 36, of North Street was arrested on October 15 with 17 counts of criminal damage and two of causing actual bodily harm.
An appeal for information was issued in September last year, following a number of similar incidents reported in Cranbrook, Benenden, Sandhurst, Biddenden and Rolvenden.
He has been bailed to appear at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on July 7.
