There are nine mile queues at the Dartford Crossing following a lorry crash.
The second crash on the M25 in the space of 12 hours is causing long delays, just before the Dartford Tunnel.
Three lorries collided shortly after 7.20am this morning (May 24) between junctions 1b and 2 near Swanscombe.
Lanes two, three and four were reopened but traffic was stopped again at 10.25am for recovery work.
All lanes have now reopened.
Highways England part-blamed delays on drivers slowing down to look at the smash.
A spokesman said at the time: "There is queueing traffic and long delays due to people slowing to look at accident opposite on M25 anticlockwise before the Dartford Tunnel."
Kent Police and South East Coast Ambulance (SECAmb) crews were called to the scene.
The QEII bridge was shut last night following a crash between three lorries and three cars.
