Two men were arrested for theft, fraud and shoplifting in Dartford yesterday (February 11).
The men were described as "prolific shoplifters" on Kent Police Dartford's Twitter page.
Officers detained the suspects, a 29-year-old and a 43-year-old, in Station Road.
The younger man, who was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting and fraud, remains in police custody today (February 12).
The elder man, who was suspected of theft, has been bailed pending further enquiries until April 8.
