Dartford’s European 200m metre sprint champion, Adam Gemili, made a 7,000 mile speedy dash from the middle east his graduation at the University of East London.

The 22-year-old athletics superstar swept in from his training camp in Qatar to receive his 2:1 degree in Sport and Exercise Science, hosted at the O2 arena on November 16.

His exit was just as quick, as he made his way back to the airport, to continue his preparation for the Olympics in Rio next year, at a training camp in Doha.
