After Storm Barney’s rage snow could be on the way across south east London and north Kent.

The Met Office forecast for the next few days predicts no more storms, but sleet and snow showers instead.

Rain will begin in the far west but spread eastwards throughout today (November 19).

Despite a spell of dry weather around lunchtime, the drizzles are set to return by the evening.

Tomorrow should see a mix of wet and dry weather, with some bursts of sun appearing in the afternoon.

The temperature is set to plummet to lows of 1c and highs of 5c.

Saturday (November 21) is expected to feel ‘raw’ across north Kent with gale-force northerly winds.

Over the past few days Storm Barney battered the south of the country, bringing windspeeds of 85mph.

The extremem weather was the UK's second named storm, the first being Abigail earlier this month.
