Three teenage bullies who attacked another girl, set fire to her hair extensions, and posted a video on the internet have escaped with police warnings.
A 17-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl beat up their 15-year-old victim in front of a crowd at Hesketh Park in Dartford on July 11.
