Traffic is mounting after a car and lorry crash just before 3pm, which closed one of the Dartford Tunnels.
Two lanes are closed after the crash, which happened on the anticlockwise route between j1a A206 Erith/Swanscombe and j31 A1306 West Thurrock.
Queues have built up on the M25 to Swanley Interchange.

The left-hand West Bore Tunnel is completely closed, after the lorry struck the barriers at the tunnel entrance.
All traffic now using the higher East Tunnel, whilst two lanes on the motorway are also closed.
A Kent Police spokesman said: "Kent Police were called at 2.54pm following a collision involving a car and a lorry on the A282 near the Dartford river crossing.
"No serious injuries have been reported."
South East Coast Ambulance Service were not called to the crash.
