A man has described the terrifying moment he was caught up in a fire on Dartford Heath.
Richard Green, 41, was driving past the heath when he spotted smoke billowing from the grassland.
The Dartford resident said: "I got out to have a look and it was like a wall of fire coming towards me.
"It was huge."

Mr Green was forced to flee from the flames.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service (KFRS) sent three fire crews to the blaze which destroyed 1,000 square metres of land near Heath Lane and Shepherds Lane.
A spokesman said: "Three pumps attended and crews used two hose reel jets and a fire fogging unit to tackle the fires."
