Police are making enquiries after a man reportedly took heroin in the middle of a Dartford street on Saturday (Aug 14).
A concerned dad said he spotted the man with a syringe 'full of brown liquid' and a spoon, supposedly intending to take the Class A drug, on Knights Manor Way at midday.
A Kent Police spokesman said: "We received a call at 12.07pm on August 14, to reports of a man acting suspiciously in Knights Manor Way.
"Initial enquiries have failed to locate the man. Enquiries are on-going."
