A Dartford District Judge is celebrating two decades of serving the town.
Peter Glover, 60, was the youngest District Judge to serve in the court in Home Gardens when he moved to Dartford aged 40 after working as a solicitor then deputy judge in Canterbury.

He said: "In my time here I've had some great cases, financial, relationship based and cases over custody.
"I always try to be fairest I can be, I try to let people know that removal orders are the very last case scenario.
"It's a fantastic town with very nice people."

Mr Glover will continue to work at the court part-time from September and has praised his staff for their hard work and support over the last 20 years.
The father-of-three added: "They are brilliant, they come from all over and I am planning to take them all for a nice dinner to thank them."
