An 18-year-old motorcyclist was taken to a London hospital earlier today (June 26) following a collision with a minibus at the junction of Carlton Avenue.
A Kent Police spokeswoman said they were called at around 10.53am to reports of a crash on London Road.
SECAMB officers in one ambulance and one car attended the scene.
A spokesman said the casualty, who was fully conscious on the way to hospital, suffered potential pelvic and spinal injuries.
He was rushed to King's College Hospital where he is receiving treatment for his injuries.
The road was closed until 1pm as a result of the collision.
