Kent Police have released details of some of the latest arrests made by officers across Gravesend and Dartford.

- Police have charged a man after it is alleged a woman was assaulted and her handbag was stolen in Black Eagle Drive, Northfleet, on 4 May. Manoj Kumar, aged 43, of Pelham Road, Gravesend, was charged on May 5 with theft and assault. He has been bailed to attend Medway Magistrates’ Court on July 27.

- Police have charged a woman after a car windscreen was allegedly damaged in Hampton Crescent, Gravesend, on 8 May. Chloe White, aged 18, of Hampton Crescent, Gravesend, was charged on May 9 with criminal damage. She has been bailed to attend Dartford Magistrates’ Court on May 28.

- Officers have charged a teenage boy after seizing a substance believed to be cannabis in Gravesend, on  May 8. A 17-year-old boy, from Gravesend, was charged on May 8 with possessing cannabis. He has been bailed to attend Chatham Youth Court on June 9.

- Officers making enquiries after a garden gate was allegedly damaged in Priory Road, Dartford, on May 2, have charged a suspect. A 14-year-old boy, from Dartford, was charged on May 5 with criminal damage and obstructing/resisting a constable in the execution of duty. He has been bailed to attend Chatham Youth Court on June 2.

- Officers investigating a report that someone was in possession of a fraudulent identity card in Maidstone on April 14, have charged a man. Rajbir Ghuman, aged 32, of Hythe Street, Dartford, was charged on May 6 with possessing an identity document with intent. He is due to attend Maidstone Crown Court on May 22.
