A woman had to be cut out of crash near Darenth after a car ended up 'in a tree'
Emergency services were called to the crash along the A2, between the Black Prince turn off and Dartford Heath, just before 7pm on Saturday (May 2).
Kent police said a witness phoned claiming to have seen one of the cars involved in the crash, between Honda and a Citroen, in the bushes.
Is thought one of the drivers hit the central reservation before ending up in the undergrowth.
Kent Fire and Rescue used hydraulic cutting equipment and vehicle stabilisation blocks to free a woman, said to be in her 40s, from a vehicle.
The passenger of one of the cars is believed to have sustained minor neck, spinal and pelvic injuries.
A spokesman for Kent Police said: "The driver from the Honda was taken to hospital but was discharged.
"We believe they had minor hip and back injuries."
The London Ambulance Service confirmed they took a woman, thought to be in her 20s, to Kings College Hospital as a priority with back and lower hip pain.
Eyewitness Louie Corne said: "The car had killed 10 sq ft of wildlife.
"The area cordoned with two fire engines, three paramedic cars an ambulance, and of course two police cars."
