A Gravesend man has been jailed after brandishing a samurai sword in public.
Karl Homden, 48, of Russell Road, was found guilty of possessing an offensive weapon and breaching a conditional discharge following a trial at Dartford Magistrates' Court on February 23.
Homden was sentenced at the same court on Monday (March 23).
He was jailed for 42 days and charged an £85 victim surcharge.
