Dartford's elderly residents have relived the moment a Doodlebug dropped on the town killing 10 people.
A blue plaque marking the spot where a V1 flying bomb fell on 38 Carrington Street has been unveiled.
The latest in a series of Dartford Borough Council heritage plaques was revealed in front of invited neighbours on March 22.

The bomb fell on Sunday August 6 1944.
It injured a further 107 people and destroyed 20 homes, causing damage to a further 700 nearby.
Leader of Dartford Council, Councillor Jeremy Kite said: "I'm proud that our blue plaque scheme is marking so many important sites and personalities around the borough.
"This bomb caused extensive damage to property but also was intended to harm the morale of Dartford people at a crucial point during the Second World War."

Dartford was heavily bombed as German aircraft would follow the route of the Thames to reach London and would drop their remaining bombs on the way back from raids.
The borough's munitions factories were also a target.
