Pregnant mum-of-two Leighanne Button is getting the snip.

Leighanne Randle, 30, will be donating her hair to children's cancer charity the Little Princess Charity, to make wigs for children who are going bald.

Mrs Randle, who lives on Malt Kiln Lane in Stone, said: "It’s for these children to get a little bit of dignity back.

"Because it’s a really big thing when they lose their hair."

Leighanne's hair is currently down to her waist

She added: "They are £400 wigs. Most parents haven't got that money because they are spending money on their travel costs to the doctors."

As well as donating over a foot of her hair, Mrs Button wants to raise funds and awareness for the relatively unknown charity.
