A man in this 30s has been taken to hospital following a crash on the A20 near Sidcup.
The crash happened at around 6.50am near to McDonalds, just before the Sidcup Bypass.
Paramedics from the London Ambulance Service (LAS) and crews from London's Air Ambulance treated the man for a pelvic injury before taking him to Kings College Hospital.
Long delays built after the A20 Swanley Bypass was shut for recovery work following a crash.
The westbound stretch was shut between the junction for the M25 and the M20 (the Swanley Interchange) and the Sidcup Bypass at Crittalls Corner.
All lanes have been re-opened.
The scene was cleared by 8:30am.
