A playgroup for Dartford tots had a grand opening ceremony.
Two friends, Elizabeth Kipps and Sarah Richardson, decided to set up GiggleKidz at the Tree estate in Cedar Road, and invited Dartford Mayor Councillor Avtar Sandhu to open the facility on November 7.
The weekly playgroup provides fun sessions for children under three.
Ms Kipps said: “It went really well and everyone was positive about it.
“We had around 10 kids come along and they didn’t want to leave at the end.”
The group will provide soft play sessions every Friday during termtime, between 1pm and 3pm, at a cost of £2 a family.
