TV presenter, Phil Spencer swapped properties for messy play as he visited youngsters at a Dartford hospice.
The Location Location Location star visited the EllenorLions Centre in East Hill Drive to visit families taking part in a drop-in session organised by charity chYps of which Mr Spencer is a patron.
The property expert enjoyed doing Halloween-themed arts and crafts with young patients and their siblings.
Mr Spencer said: "I am honoured to be a Patron of chYps and it was wonderful to be able to meet the children and families it supports.
"It struck me just how happy these families are, despite going through unimaginable hardships, and I believe this is down to the vital care chYps provides in the comfort and security of the family home."
